The structure of the Pälkäne municipality was revised on 1 June 2017.
The branches of the municipality are as follows:
- municipal management
- administrative services
- financial and support services
- education services
- technical services
- health and well-being services
In addition to the Mayor, the municipal management team also includes leaders of local industry.
