Pälkäne offers the possibility to practice physical exercise on a large scale, with many local trails, the Sappee resort and the Kostia Arena Sports and Fitness Centre, which opened in 2018.
The municipality produces sports services itself, cooperates with local and national associations, and supports recreation activities hosted by local groups and organisations.
