The Pälkäne Municipality Sport and Fitness Department organises gymnasium sessions for senior citizens. Access is free of charge and does not require booking in advance - just turn up!

Strength and Balance Classes

Targeted strength and balance training for senior citizens. Held twice a week for 10 weeks, with initial and final assessments provided. Directed by a physiotherapist. Does not require a referral notice from a doctor.
